Please HELP Ninja Copper Cannot mount

I have a small problem here. I bought a Scythe Ninja Copper but I lost all my Intel mount material: the 478 clip, backplate, retention frame. I have been using AM2 clip and mount.

I have a LGA 775 motherboard, but according to the online reviews, I require a S478 clip, backplate, and S478 braket or retention frame.

It seems impossible to install it without the 478 clip and backplate.

I've tried to buy the clip locally in forums, but no luck so far. I don't have the money to buy another Sythe Ninja heatsink just for the 478 clip and backplate. Is it possible to buy the Intel Installation Kit for Ninja Copper from Scythe? How much is it going to be to ship to Canada?

Any help/suggestions please?

Any response from Scythe Global please? I would reported to Scythe USA, but it wanted me to send them my credit card number to cover shipping and handling charges. It's not that I don't want to pay shipping, but I don't trust my credit card number on a regular word document form. Thanks.
