You will be laugh, but the Russian Post and our Kaz Post - two most unreliable company.. It's easier for me to buy something in Europe or America, and get it faster than from Russia.. So..
Thanks for the advice, tomorrow I'll find an invoice and then try to contact with the support.
I will let you know then about the result.

By the way, one question. If I fill a form in Russian, the request will go to Russia, and if in English then where to go a request? Or is there no difference and the request will go centralized ..?
Thanks again.

It doesn't matter which language you choice. All Support Requests goes to Germany (from www.scythe-eu.com).

Just sent request to Customer Support. Let's wait and see what happens.
It's strange, but in the Russian request form there is a line to enter a serial number, and in the English form there is no this question.
Where can I find my serial number? On the box? But I do not see the word "serial number" on the box.
Mugen3Dirk, thank you for your support.

This field is for the fan controller or audio products. Coolers haven't a serial number.

Today I received a replacement fan from Scythe EU. Now I'm back in business with my well working Scythe Ninja 3. Thank you to all the support team and especially to Dirk.

I hope that this fan will run longer than the previous one.

I'm glad to hear that the fan arrives at you in the end.
