Please see the image below:



As far as I can see, there is nothing in the case that could cause the heatsink to behave as it is. There are 4 x 120mm intake fans at the front bringing in plenty of cool air into the case.
The gold heatsink at the top is not touching, and this does not even get hot so is not affecting the Ninja. Same applies to the silver northbridge heatsink near the bottom.
Everything in the case is exactly the same as it was with the Freezer heatsink.

Ok, most problems are not applying to this case. So right now my suggestion is that the unit has some lower performance. You could try to get RMA from the Shop you bought it, as I can not do much more from my side unfortunately. =(
