Default Problems with ninja plus rev.b...help!!!!!!

Greetings to all...
In advance I ask a pardon for the clumsy English.
Business in the following - I repeatedly wrote concerning the problem with ninja from audit b. There can be here somebody all the same will help. Why that in a condition of idle time at me the temperature on the processor initially was 44-45 and at loading ~60 (Pentiun d 2,8 ghz lga775), then I have pulled out a radiator and a parent payment from the case in hope to rearrange it with more best clip. Has put back but when put has bent slightly 1 of 4 latches, then like as has successfully straightened and has put a radiator all the same into place)))... Initially 1-2 days it gave out in idle time 38-39 (all the same it seems to me much) and in loading 51, but in couple of days temperature in idle time 51-53 and in loading 60-63... Whether it can be caused slightly faulty leg of fastening which however was normally latched and like as that is not unsteady or the reason in what the friend?
Whether has found on an official site here such piece UNIVERSAL RETENTION KIT.Может it to help and if yes, I in a standard complete set on a site have not seen necessary fastenings in this universal set for lga775 or I am mistaken (except back plate and frameworks of fastening for a socket 775, and after all the framework by means of screws joins a back plate but as it to fasten to ninja, after all it does not have on a radiator any additional details).
Or business here can be and not in a bad clip and in what that the friend???? Help please... Thankful in advance... Also I hope that knowingly wrote. And once again I ask a pardon for the English
