Ninja mini Rev. B and Gigabyte Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2H

Hello.

I got a Ninja Mini Rev B to replace my current heatsink/fan after it was recommended by a friend of mine. while trying to fit it to the motherboard it became apparent that the clips are too wide on the heat sink. Does anyone know if the Ninja mini is incompatible with the motherboard?
