Mini ninja removal AM2 impossible..

Hi friends,

I want to replace my HTPC's CPU. Therefore I have to remove the CPU cooler - mini ninja. I don't see how I can do this, the cooler is very very tight against the mobo and I'm afraid to damage something. When I push the clip down, the black bracket bends really alot, and the cooler does not come off.

Please provide exact instructions, here are some pics:
