Hi - I am trying to install the cooler on a Sapphire X1050... there is a rather tall transistor getting in the way! I havent yet aqquired the copper base yet ( got the cooler second hand). Does the base raise it enough for it to be used?
Thanks. |

Hi,
The base gives you 1-2 mm more high. So maybe thats enough to fit, but we haven't the card so we canot test it now. Chris

Just wanted to say that the Musashi does NOT fit a Radeon X1050. Even after some careful modifying, the cooler sits far too low on the card. This means the cooler hits the adjacent PCI slot before the X1050 sits in the AGP slot.

Hi, normaly, the quadro is a 6800 and this means that it should fit w/o problems

Hi!
I´m looking for a cooler to my XFX GTS250, and have been informed that the Musashi is compatible with the GTS250. But how about 2 250´s in SLI-configuration? Will it work with one Musashi on each card or do I have to find another sollution? |

the musashi cooler needs the same place as the standard cooler, so you can simply use it in SLI Mode

Hi, I have the same XFX GTS 250 card. I would like to change to cooler, but te card can't be longer then 9" because of the case. Does the make the card longer? (How much?)

the cooler give extra 2-3 cm over the PCB
