Musashi & HD 58x0?

Hallo,

heute war ja der offizielle Launch der ATI HD 5870.

Erwartungsgemäß konnte sich auch diesmal der ATI-Werkskühler nicht unbedingt für Silent-Freax empfehlen (auch, wenn's schon ärgeres gegeben hat)

Daher meine Frage: Gibt es seitens Scythe schon eine Aussage betr. die mögliche Eignung des hervorragenden Musashi für die HD 58xx-Karten?

(Zumal das Problem der HD 48xx-karten mit überhitzenden SpaWa ja bei den neuen Karten von ATI gelöst sein soll.)

I really do not understand whats written above but I pressume it's about Musashi compatibility with ATI RADEON 58X0. So, to not create new topic I ask here: would Musashi fit into new Radeons (5850, 5870) ?

Hi guys,

at the moment we can´t say how works the Musashi VGA Cooler with ATI new card series 5xxx. Till now no cards arrived, who we can check and test with the Musashi. When the sample cards coming, i will make in forum a new topic compatible / or not compatible .

thx for your reply ! As there are no HD 58x0-cards available up to now (at least here in Germany), there's still time to wait and see, hoping that Scythe will once again supply a fine cooling solution for these superior graphic cards asap !

since this is my first in this forum a friendly "hey" in the morning ... 4:36am in Hamburg and I'm still in the office.

Okiwana, please do not forget to mention HD5770 when posting the (hopefully soon coming) new sticky on HD5xxx cards. HD5770 shall replace my HD3850 OC-Version once the price drops below 140 € (i think around christmas maybe).
