Default Wide Range RPM Cooling?

Hi, I'm a little confused by this. The product page states the Mugen supports "Wide Range RPM Cooling Optimization" but from what I can see the fan that's supplied is fixed at 1200rpm? As I said, I'm confused? Thanks.

Hello Morcas,

as you can use a Fancontroller (onboard or as a extra-device) and - regarding on which CPU u use - passive cooling, the Mugen supports Wide Range RPM Cooling.

So the fan speed can be controlled, using some sort of fan controller, such as a fanmate2? If this is correct, would it be possible to find out the rpm range for the Mugen fan? Thanks for the reply

Hello Morcas,

of course you can use any additional fan-controller. As far as I know, the Mugen-fan is able to work at 5V with ~600RPM.

Cheers,
Stefan
