Hello morfetta,

what about waiting until monday - so until today? Do you expect us to work over the weekend?

Actually, Scythe is not selling the 775-Puspins, because we ship them for free if they are broken. If you would have used the forum-search-engine, you would have found several threads about this issue.

Please send me your complete post-adress via PN.

Cheers,
Stefan

Hello morfetta,

if you mean that the backplate of the retention-kit is sticky so that you can't use it several times: Just don't remove the white plastic-film, you don't need to glue the backplate to your mainboard.

We will ship a new backplate to you, please use it without removing the plastic-film.

Regarding the 775-clips: Usually, they are strong enough to work several years. But if somebody is stressing the material way to much, there is of course increased wear and tear.

Cheers,
Stefan
