Mugen's fan wobbling

Did anyone experienced Mugen's fan "wobbling"? It looks that the fan is causing the cooler shaking (looks like car engine starting...), which leads to whole PC vibrating and making noises, which I guess is not normal behaviour.
Did anyone have similiar problem? Do you think I should get a replacement fan from the shop I bought it?

did you try to remount the fan?
