Installing a Mugen 2 , with a Core 2 Quad, and Artic Silver ceramique thermal paste

I have a Mugen 2 , and a Core 2 Quad Q6600. I have bought a Artic Silver Ceramique thermal paste.

In the Artic Silver site they have pdf guide on how to apply the thermal paste, but I don't know if the way I install the Mugen 2 will affect to the spreading of the thermal paste.

Anyone now if there is anything special that i should take in account when installing it in a Core 2 Quad ?

Mostly referring to the correct way of spreading the thermal paste, because i have read that pressure and other factors affect a bit to the final result , not only the paste used and the method of applying paste used (Dot/Line/spreading/’Artic Silver’ method)

Also there is any guide on how to install the mugen 2? , as i have lost the one that come in the box.
