Default Mugen2 RevB on Phenom2 x4 940 - high temp

Hi all,

I can't get decent temperatures with my new Mugen 2 Rev B cooler.

If i run prime95 for 6 hours on stock speed Phenom 2 x4 940 (3 GHz) cpu temp gets to 60°C. Fan speed is always at 1400 rpm. C'n'Q is turned off. I use Artic silver 5. Room temp is 22°C

If i raise voltage to 1.44 V and multiplier to x18 (3.6 GHz) cpu temp gets over 70°C.

I don't see what i do wrong. I tried putting more or less thermal compound, or only dot, size of rice grain, in middle of cpu cap, but no big difference. I also have one fan in front of PC case blowing in and other on back blowing out.

Anyone has idea what else to try?
