Default Distance btwn mobo and Mugen

Hello, do you have a measurement for overall distance from main board to the top of Mugen?
In other words, I have about 172mm of space between mobo and side panel-(Lian li medium size)...172-157= 15mm...Is that enough?
I really don't want to take the CPU cooler off to measure...and I really want to get one

TIA
PS anyone using X2 6000+? temps?

Beginning at the Mainboard tray:

5-6 mm spacer underneath board
1-2 mm Mainboard PCB
7-8 mm CPU socket and top of CPU heatspreader

I think it should fit.

Mugen 2 in Lian Li PC-7F which is a Midi Tower (I think): http://www.hardwareoverclock.com/Scythe-Mugen-2-4.htm

Seems to fit rather easily and side panel is closed.

Some temps of overclocked 6000: Proud owner of the Mugen 2 cooler! Aftermarket fan?

Just use "6000" as search term here on the forums ore combined with "Mugen 2" on Google to find more.

Thank you Oli

I also think it will fit, my mobo is in the list of boards that fit=M3A78-EH

Looking through the other coolers I am wondering about the YASYA too...

Which fan clips are for the yasya?, it comes with 1 pair only
cheers

You can use either Type A or Type B - depending on which fan you want to use. Fans with tunnels need the wider type and fans w/o tunnel or fans thicker than 25mm need the the other type.

Just take a look at the pics to understand:
