Mugen2 + MSI P55-GD65 + 177mm of hight clearance

Hi Folks,

I'm sorry, my english might be not that great, but I'd like to keep this in english for international users to be able to understand.
I'm planning to use the Mugen 2 on a MSI P55-GD65 Board with Intel i7 860 CPU and 8gigs of RAM. The search-engine didn't return any results, so my question ist: will that possibly fit?
Next question ist somewhat more delicate: my old case I have lying around has about 177mm from the Mainboardtray to the sidewall. According to Intels specs on the CPU and Socket in this document, CPU + socket measure about 8mm, the Board itself about 1.5 to 2mm and the Spacers seem to be 6mm in length. Combine with the 157 to 158mm hight of the Mugen 2 this is 174mm, leaving 3mm to the side of the case, meaning the Mugen 2 would fit.
Are there any severe mistakes in my calculation, or can I purchase and install the Mugen 2 without hesitation?
