Mounting Scythe Mugen

Hello,

is it possible to mount Scythe Mugen without removing the motherboard-based on 478 Intel-socket?

There is only referred: mounting without tools.

It should be possible but then it depends on the Motherboard and how close the Power Supply is. You need some space for your hands to mount the clips, so w/o taking out the Mobo it would be possible but you might need to remove the Power Supply before that.
