Mugen fan rattles

Hello,

Since about a year and a half, I have installed a Scythe Mugen cooler. It worked perfect until recently when its fan started to rattle, somewhat like a rattling hard disk.

Is it possible to just replace just the fan? Is the cooler still under warranty as the package box states there is a two year warranty in europe?
