Anyone using a Mugen II and MSI 790FX-GD70

I am new and tried doing a search for compatibility with this motherboard but couldn't find anything.

So, does anyone know if the Mugen II will work on the MSI 790FX-GD70? I will be using OCZ Reaper and already assume I will have to install it on the outer RAM slots, but I want to be sure this cooler will work otherwise.

Also..... How does the Mugen sit on an AM3 motherboard? Facing the back of the case or facing up and down? Is it possible to install it either way?

Hi,

You allready recognize the one and only problem: high memory. Anyway, you can mount the Mugen 2 on the MSi board, there should be no trouble. In the Case of the MSI the cooler is facing the back side.
