Exclamation Mugen 2 RMA

Hello Scythe.

I got monday my Mugen 2.
I open the packet, there wasn't thermal paste (well it was OK..), but when i get the cooler from packet, on of the heatpipes was little bit twisted !

Here is couple of pictures:

In the packet and website wasn't anykind of RMA paper or something like that..

Can is send this cooler RMA and get new one.. ?
I hope there will be thermalpaste and cooler is ok and like you can see, the contact sucks..

E5200 @ 4Ghz 1.45v => ~67c
With Xigmatek's cooler it was about 55c and Mugen 2 should be much better..I am quite dissapointed to this cooler -for now.

What should i do ? My E5200 is tray so it is maybe quite difficult send this thing to Scythe and be couple weeks without cooler, but i think i can ask my friends if they can any Intel's stock coolers..

why dont you just take it back to where you got it from? or did you buy it directly from scythe?

Yes, thank you.
I didn't notice that it was weekend and i wasnät quite sure did i do it right.

I bought cooler from Germany, so i thought i would be easyer to just send it to Scythe, but the cooler will tomorror go to Germany and i hope i get the new one "fast" back.
This Intel's boxed is bad.
