Compatibility Scythe Mine rev.B with MSI Neo2-FR/FIR (LGA 775)

I have Mine rev.B and MSI Neo2-FIR. Compatibility only in one position (on photo), but it is no bad.
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400:
Idle ~36�C : Load ~42�C
