Hallo,
Ich wollte nocheinmal fragen, warum der einbau des Mugen 2 auf mein ASRock A770CrossFire tricky ist? Desweiterem muss der Lüfter ja dann an eine der schmalen Seitan vom Mugen 2 angebracht werden, ist die Kühlleistung dann trotzdem noch genauso hoch wie wenn der Lüfter an einer der Längsseiten montiert ist?

Hallo AMDUser,

der Einbau könnte deswegen tricky sein weil recht wenig Platz zwischen dem Kühlkörper und dem Northbridge-Kühler ist, sollte aber ohne Probleme klappen. An welcher Seite jetzt der Lüfter montiert werden muss ist anhand von Fotos nahezu unmöglich zu beurteilen. Die M.A.P.S. arbeitet natürlich am besten von der breiten Seite.

Fits well onto an ASUS P5B-E MB. Case is Lian Li PC-V1100 Plus.
Few space between (common) RAM-Stick and fan, when mounted as shown. Nevertheless the fan can be slided for approx +/- 1cm along the cooler by adjusting the fixation, so this should be no issue.

And is it unhearable?

Mugen 2 should fit but could block a RAM-slot.
"Unhearable" is always relative, he is really low-noise, but of course you can hear something.
