![]() And I didnt realise they used a different method of measuring temps, I thought the A64 chips had on-die sensors too? Oh well, apparently the C2D chips are fine upto 65*C which mine are getting nowhere near even on full load! The Ninja certainly is a good cooler ![]() |

Well, that is nothing you necessarily need to know, so I simply inform you because I know it You can check it once you have the new thermal grease. As for the A64, well I recall that not all had it and only X2 models had it in series. A64 should not have the sensor inside. And even they are inside the guys are a bit different so you can not compare it, like the performance differs =P

Hello all.
I thought it may be usefull to some people if i confirmed that the Ninja Plus Rev.B does fit on a Gigabyte MA78GM-S2H motherboard, however there may be issues with the memory modules if they have larger heat spreaders/sinks than on the Corsair XMS ones i've used. Photos of the 'gap' are shown below. Its worth noting that the sink is pushed as far away from the memory (right in the photos) as the amd clip would allow. ![]() ![]() (appologies if this board has already been highlighted, it wasnt in the list in the first post) |

Gavinashford: Thanks for confirming the compatibility. I have added the Mobo to the list and linked to your post with images and suggestions.
Cheers, Andy

If this is the board with fan,
![]() and this the board without, ![]() I would say without fan it fits surely. With fan it could be very very close, but could work. Cheers, Stefan

Hello Billy213,
do you have this Board and Case? If yes, could you please measure it by yourself using these pictures? Ninja Mini dimensions & compatibility If not, I would think that the Ninja should fit onto this board, but I'm not 100% sure because of the heatpipes. The case is surely not the problem. Cheers, Stefan
