@Inf3rn4l: Ich sehe da keine Probleme und mir sind auch keine bekannt. Layout sieht eigentlich ganz normal und nicht sonderlich "verrückt" aus. Von daher würde ich sagen, dass die Kombination kompatibel ist. @PetitBreakfast: The Kit does not really have any restrictions, only if there is already a backplate. Scythe Universal Retention Kit complies the standard from Intel, which has to be followed by everyone else, it uses the standard mounting holes. As far as I remember, there is no backplate on the Gigabyte P35-DS3, so it should be fine. Greetings

Hi,
I bought Mugen yesterday, and as I've searched through this forum, my mobo was incompatible because of the non-standard retention. It was written Biostar TA690G AM2 (Original AM2 retention is non-standard). So I've ordered my cooler with Thermalright retention kit which cost me 10$. I've received my package, opened it. Before installing new retention kit I've tried Mugen if it's really incompatible. But I heard the clips sound and it was well fit on the mobo's original retention. So I didn't need to install the retention kit I bought as an extra... For your information... PS: I can send photos if they're needed. |

Hi,
der ******** passt bei mir gut auf das Abit AB9 Quad GT, nur würde ich zur Sicherheit lieber das Retentions Kit von Scythe verbauen damit der Kühler Bomebnfest sitzt. Nur geht das auch? hat das jemand getestet? Danke |
