Same "problem", bought the Scythe Mugen when it was still called "something else", and now want to use it with LGA 1155, apparently with SCCLV-1366 it is able to do exactly that (albeit with Push-Pin, I'm no big fan of this system combined with heavy Coolers, but whatever, PC stays stationary).
Unfortunately, it is discontinued and no longer sold (at least in Germany). Anyone knows another solution, or must i really retire my old faithful Mugen?

Hi, i have an Scythe ******** cooler (SCINF-1000), do i have a chance to mount it with the SCCLV-1366 clips (which i did not buy yet) on a ASRock Fatal1ty Z170 Gaming K4 MB? Should i worry about the RAM slots are too close to the CPU socket? I read on some MB the cooler "pushes" the RAM modules a little bit. Has somebody some experience?

Hi,
The heatsink will have no problem with RAM slots, but the fan will cover the first two slots (40mm).
