Hi Waf,

It should be a bit difficult to mount the Mugen because of the heatpipe coolers going around the socket.Yet the Mugen should fit. If you can confirm that it fits, please post the feedback here please.

will the Mugen fit onto the Asus P5E64 WS Professional with or without the Retention Kit?

Hello JC,

Welcome to our forums.

The Asus P5E64 WS Professional Motherboard has a lot of heatpipe coolers around the socket. Mugen should basically fit this motherboard but I assume that it will not be really easy to mount most of the coolers because of the ASUS cooling construction.

Ich habe ein ASUS M2N32-SLI Premium Vista Edition welches doch ziemlich baugleich mit dem ASUS M2N32 SLI Deluxe ist. Leider habe ich die Kompatibilit�sliste erst gesehen nachdem ich den Mugen bestellt habe. Kann ich also nun davon ausgehen das der L�fter nicht auf mein Board passt.

Hi krapi,

das Layout sollte gleich sein. Ich weiss nicht mehr genau, was da das Problem war, aber ich glaube, dass es knapp passen sollte. Versuch es bitte, aber mach es so, dass du die Schutzfolie vom K�hler nicht abziehst, dann kannst du den K�hler auch dem H�ndler notfalls zur�ckschicken.

The Mugen is but i couldnt find anything about the Kit.
