Mugen fits like a glove on the MSI NEO3 FR.
Backplate (scythe retention kit) is highly recommended because of the size of the mugen. Getting the pushpins in is hell, so I was pleased that I bought te retention kit as well. Extra copper base is not nessecary in terms of height, but provides a tighter fit on the MOBO. Northbridge isn't a problem at all. Memory modules with high coolers might be a problem, mine don't have high coolers (see photo) |

Gigabyte Ep45 DS3 could be difficult and really close.
