Hello gstark45,

if the RAM is not higher than 3,5-4 cm, it should fit after having a look at this picture:

Default p5kc ninja mini

Are they compatible? I have seen someone stating in their signature that they have an ASUS PK5C and a Ninja mini so I expect they are but I would like confirmation please.

I can confirm that Minja is compatible with Asus P5N-E SLI only if you mount the fan in such fashion that it blows towards the exhaust fan in the back. Otherwise one of the fan wires will push on a capacitor.
When you orient the fan in the "correct" position and direction you still have to move your ram sticks to the next empty slots, otherwise the fan+wires will hit the sticks.
