Typical height of ATX I/O shield: approx. 1.47" (approx. 37,4 mm)
Typical height of standard DDR3 module: approx. 1.18" (approx. 30,0 mm) Distance underneath lowest fin of Mini Ninja (plus CPU socket height and CPU heatspreader thickness!): 35 mm If the chipset coolers are not higher than the top edge of the ATX i/o panel the Scythe cooler should have enough clearance. A high res side view of the board could help. Looking at photos of the M4A88TD-M EVO (http://thekyjsc.com/upload/thekyjsc_com_1276310442.jpg) I doubt that the coolers are really higher than the ATX panel. And Mini Ninja cleares the RAM modules. So good chances that it'll fit. Speculation / best guess.
