Default Katana 4 on Intel 755 Socket = impossible?

Hello,

just got my new Scythe Katana 4 CPU-Cooler ... but it looks like it is impossible to mount it on a Intel mainboard. If you compare the metal assembly climps of the Katana 3 and the Katana 4, you will see the Katana 4 clip-system ist completly flat and could only be mounted on the Intel-CPUs. ... only by using violence and the possibility to damage the mainboard and CPU. Each time i try to attach the second clip, the first one jumps out.

Maybe i maid a mistake ... could someone post some pictures with a mounted Katana 4 on a Intel MB? I could not find any usefull of them with google and manual seems to ignore this problem.
