Read problem whith Kama Connect!

Hi! I have A Kama Connect and there is a problem with the read operation from a SATA HDD. If i put files on an SATA HDD the transfer is good, but when i am trying to copy the same files from the HDD i get a very low transfer rate - 16 minutes for a 4.37 GB file. I have done the operation whith diferent HDD's and on diferent PC's and laptops and i get the same result. On IDE HDD's there is no problem.Thank you, in advance!!!

did you try different files ore only this one? now you got around 5MB/s. it should be around 25-30mbs and more.

yes ,700 mb and 8 GB, multiple times, diferent files with these sizes. I've done the operation dozens of times. i used it even if it didn't work as it shoud, about 3 months until i foud this forum.
