Kc2 + 1tb Sata Drive

Hello.

Is there a chance that KC2 will work with 1TB+ HDDs?

I know, that there is an info at the specifications page (Scythe EU GmbH : Kama Connect 2) that KC2 supports drives up to 750GB but what happens if 1TB drive is connected?

Is there someone who tested it? What was the result?

Hi rokas,

1TB devices work fine, I just tested the KC2 with a 1TB WD HDD.

I think the product-description has to be updated - when it was written, 1TB HDDs have been known as a product which will come in future - or for the IT-branch in far far away future

Well, I remember, when I wanted to buy KC2 sometime in december last year, this information wasn't there. It has been added later. This information was not printed on the packaging box so I thought there is a problem with 1TB drives and you have been informing customers not to buy drives larger than 750GB.
