Default Kama Angle & Phenom II 965 BE

Yesterday I bought Kama Angle... finally there is no noise in my room.
But I'm little worried about CPU temps which are:

Idle: 43c - 45c
Load: 50c - 58c
Prime95 3 -4 minutes: stopped manually at 62c

Why are temps so high, is it possible that I placed the cooler wrong?

Hello atreyo,

values are not so bad
How you have installed the cooler, direction?
What kind of airflow you have in case ?
And you can use high performance thermal grease for better temperatures.

Best Regards,
OKi
