be careful, Scythe cheats

I want to warn You. Scythe cheats. Do you know that they producing faulty products: Scythe Ita Kaze and they don't want to give me money back ? They are writing that I should give back my product to shop but this product was produced by Scythe, not by shop !! Moreover sending costs = 50% price of Scythe Ita Kaze so it hasn't sense. Moreover other producents are making normal constructions of HDD coolers - for example:

please stop insulting without any reason. I answered all of your questions by Email already, we are the manufacturer and not your shop and therefore we do not refund anything.

This product is very cheap so I think this is the reason why I am the first person. You could give me other product - some FAN or something but as we can see in that situation you want that shop pay for you.

Sorry lolek, but there is no reason why we should offer you anything.

When the shop pays a refund for you, the shop asks the distributor for RMA which means, that we will refund the distributor in the end - that's the normal way.

I'm using the Ita Kaze now around 2 weeks and don't want to miss it again. It's one of the best coolers for HDDs i've ever had in last 5-6 years. And even if it don't fits with the HDD in one slot, you could put the cooler one slot deeper and it still cools enough.
My HDD runs at idle with 24 degrees, when i play or bench it gets around 27-28 degrees (without the cooler 31-33 degrees). So for me Scythe made a very good job!
