Ninja VGA Cooler was a handmade prototype sample on CeBIT so there are no specs or compatibilites known at the moment. Why do you think that it is not possible to use the cooler fanless when there is only 2 mm space between the fins?

And how about making the vga cooler (whichever, all of them) compatible with HD4770? The reference PCB for this card has the GPU a little closer to the I/O end of the card (back of the case). I had to cut my Accelero S1 by ca 1 cm to fit in the case when seated on the card.

I personally would love to see at least one of your coolers compatible with the HD4770 (a great card, btw, it will be v popular).

Hmm, now that I looked at some Setsugen pics I guess it jst might be possible to fit it on HD4770 with no hacking, modding etc. - what do you think, guys?

If the fins are very close together and there is just a very small space between the fins ( 1 or 2mm ) the airflow will slow down too much to be able to pass between the fins when the GPU cooler is working Fanless , therefore I suggest to leave 3mm clearance between the fins for a better Fanless GPU Cooler

DO NOT ABANDON Ninja. The Setsugen is not satisfiing - the concept is a fail - for my opinion. Not able to handle cards with more than 120W TDP. I got it on my GTX275, and i'm not satisfied.

the ninja concept looks MUCH better - 6 pipes, MAPS fields - just put on a 120mm Slipstream PWM and 4 pipes are blown active....
This will be the cooler to replace setsugen ...
