hello
i want take one scythe ultra kaze 2000 for aspiration and 2 slip stream 1200 for extraction
all fan will be plugged on a rheobus

i want silenceeeeeeeeeeee before performance but my comptuer it's a e8400 and 3870 so i want performance too

Ultra Kaze @ 2000rpm will be quite loud. 2 Slip Stream @ 1200rpm will not be necessary to get the heat out - depending on your case and CPU cooler.

I'd start with as less fans as possible and install further fans only if temps really require it. Another question would be if it is really necessary to have a fan blowing into the case.

i have a rheobus so i take medium fan capacity and if i want quiet i use my rheobus
2000@800 and 1200@800 :-)

I agree on what Oli said. The Ultra Kaze can be lowered but he is made for performance, 1000RPM Version would do better at lower speed. You can rather go for Slip Stream for your set up.
