suggestion for new cpu-cooler

Based on big cpu-coolers like the "Ninja 3" or "Mine 2" I thought of a new principle of leading the airflow through the fins and knowing that Scythe is always open for innovation I'd like to share this idea with you.

Therefore I have to know if there are other ways than this forum to send you a constructional sketch and a detailed explanation of the ideas on which the improvements are based.
