Hello korra,

that not a nice news from your side, but it happens.

So you can send it back to:

Scythe EU GmbH
RMA
Willinghusener Weg 5c

Please remember that we will not accept unpaid packages.

Default Returned twice both faulty

Hi all, after reading great reviews about this product and after using other quality Scythe products, I decided to buy a kaze master fan controller.

The first item arrived. After installing and using, the 2nd channel fan did not turn off. it just stated '0' rpm. This was a faulty pot. additionally the channel 1 dial was extremely loose comaired to the first.

After getting the second item, I have just installed it and again faulty!
This time the controller works for about a minute, then all rpm and temps show '0' with a beep sound. Repeats this process about every minute.

After about 30 minutes, the entire screen goes crazy, freezes or turns off and the beeping remains on. However during this time the function of the fans remain like normal, can be truned on and off.

The concerning thing about both of these faulty items is that each one has contained white out on the circuit board. Is this a 2nds etc? The shop is a supplier of Scythe. ITSdirect – Buy Systems & Parts at Australia’s Only Service Based Online Computer Superstore!

Can any one please help me as I can not afford to keep posting the item back at my expense each time. (getting close to the price of a new item now)

Please note I am using 2 scythe slip stream 120mm 1900rpm fans and 2 standard 1000rpm fans.

Thanks upfront for any help!

Ben

you already got a mail, but now we see the pictures and are a little bit confused. Because we never use such a white mark on Kaze Master PCBs. But we now will check this and give you report if we find something.
