Default VFD dead?

Hi! I have a problem with my new Kaze Master 5.25.
First it worked perfectly, but after a reboot the VFD panel turned off. The coolers still work, and I can controll them, but the VFD is black. I tried it with an other power connector but nothing changed. Is the VFD dead, or its just wrong contact?

Hello drwest,

well this sadly sounds like as if the VFD is defective. Actually it is very that the display stops working after being intact in the beginning, but please send it back for RMA to your reseller.

Kind regards,
