Hey guys. I recently bought the Kaze Master ace (5.25" version), and fan channels 2 and 3 refuse to work. Everything else is fine, but these two channels refuse to give power or produce any read out at all.
I tried RMAing it to Overclockers UK, but because I do not have all the bits that came with it anymore, they will not take it back. What am I supposed to do? The thing is faulty, one way or another, so surely someone can do something? Regards, Mark |

I have found the box, including packaging, so the controller will at least be well protected on it's way there.
The only problem is I threw the invoice in the trash, and can not find it. However, Overclockers UK (who sold me the controller in the first place) still have records of me purchasing off them on their website. Would some print outs of screengrabs, or even just the screengrabs sent to you in an email, be all right? Regards, Mark |
