Yes, of course.

I noticed that it now costs 25 Euro to send it to you. Sorry, but that's just too much.

Hello NR1234,

then unfortunately there is no way for exchange. Did you check how much it would cost using regular Mail?

Cheers,

Yes, I did.

15 Euro, and I wouldn't want to send it as a letter.
We have outrageous shipping fees.

I currently have it hooked up as two-three-two (not using channel four since it's broken, those fans are connected to the motherboard since the JyuuNi 1200 are quite low-noise when connected to 4-pin PWM fan headers). Channel three not wanting to turn off (although sometimes it's possible) is not a huge issue since it's used for the ever-important rear exhaust.

It gets the job done, it's more of a mental issue that channel four doesn't work.

Hey NR1234,

sorry for all the issues caused by the Kaze Master, but actually there is no way for us to solve it completely than to get it sent back...

Cheers,

Don't worry, this will do just fine.

My next fan controller/coolers/fans will be Scythe ones.

Second Kaze Master 5.25", third channel is stuck at 12 V (quite amusing that the third channel went bad since it only had one Scythe Kaze JyuuNi 1200 RPM on it).
Well, it was fun while it lasted.

Only my Scythe fan controllers (that I rarely touch), sumo, only the fan controllers...

I just thought I'd let you know though, I think I'll be running without a fan controller for now.
I've chained the fans (7 x JyuuNi 1200 RPM) together and connected them to PWM headers on the motherboard (it's an entirely new system as well so it shouldn't be the PSU or so) which makes them run at ~9 V, which is quite enough to keep the noise down.
