Default Kaze master working but not quite...

Greetings, I recently bought a 120mm Ultra Kaze and a Kaze Master 3.5" 2 channel fan controller. Both work great but I can't control the speed of the fan for some reason. I can turn it off but just fine but when it's on it stays steady around its 3000 rpm range. The controller unit works as far as I can tell so I have a suspicion that it just isn't able to control this fan. I came here because I figured if anyone out there can help me, it would be the people of this forum. Thanks in advance and I appreciate any help.

Hello phntmjosh47,

actually this sounds as you have a defective Kaze Master. Please send it back to your reseller for RMA.

Cheers,
