Default Kaze Master problem

I have had my Kaze Master for a week and it appears to have a fault, switched it on this morning to find no2 fan not working nothing showing on the rpm display either. I checked the fan by plugging it in to another channel and it worked fine. Also checked all the connections appear ok but the FET for channel 2 was cold all the others were warm ( I guess due to the resistance from slowing the fans down?) I take it this will need to be RMA'ed and it not fixable? By the way I am using Sharkoon Silent Eagle 2000 120mm fans.

Hello Dave,

sounds as if the KM is defective - please give them back for RMA, sorry for this.

Cheers,
Stefan
