Hi.
I bought this fan controler last year from a local guy and few weeks ago the second potentiometer broke. The warranty is lost so i can`t simply replace it with new. So is there a way i can order one or two potentiometers from you or tell me their model name and place i can order them online.

Hello NOFEAR921,

the fan will be control over IC-Chip not directly by a potentiometer -the 4 knobs are more a rotary switch. They have 6 connectors 1minus and 5 connectors for the information.
We haven't this kind of spare parts here and I can't tell you a dealer uf this spare parts - sorry.
