Question Kaze Master Pro...display error

Hi!

Im new at this forum and i decide to write to you because i have got my Kaze Master pro today and i installed it as i should...red the fuzzy manual and connected the cables i needed...but when i turned on the computer the display went off...all the fan works great with those knobs but the display is black. And the point is to have its functional. Maybe i have connect it wrong, but i cant see what it should go wrong...maybe the power connector then. Its a 4pins and can only suit in one place....

Do you think the powercable is defect on 5V????

But i appreciate if you can help me with this problem

Hi sixpack70
visually check cable connector, if the pins are firmly fixed.
Electronics may be defective.
You can replace the device with seller.

Default Also having display issues

I finally connected up all my 3 new Kaze-Jyuni fans and an older Scythe fan. As well as the 4 temp sensors.

The display is not lighting up the temp readout correctly. Its only showing the first number. But if I removed the sensor it shows it a 0.0 temp, all lit up perfect.

I was wondering if it was a power issue. All 4 fans are getting their power from the controller.

What am I doing wrong? Or is it a faulty product?

Many thanks - sorry Im having to piggyback on this topic, cos I cant start a new thread without it logging me out

Hi Colinloves,
Display defective only if you connect the sensor?
So, as you describe, probably, is the first sensor is faulty.
Please write a request, Request: CPU Kühler, Lüfter, Lüftersteuerung, PC Netzteile von Scythe

well with no temp sensor...no lights, as there is no reading.

Its omn all sensor temps.....I can see the numbers and they appear to be correct....so that tells me that the sensors are working.
But the digits, aint all lighting up

I was thinking it was a power problem....not enough power going to the unit to power everything........but I disconnected all the fans, and all temp sensors, barring one.....and still that single sensor readout aint lighting up right.

So I find out Im out of warranty.
What can I do to fix this problem and how much would it cost?

Its a simple case of the temp number lights not working.....the display shows the numbers changing and everything...but they just aint lit......apart from half of a number 2 and a line of another number
