Warranty period of Kaze Server Fan Controller

I had a Kaze Server Fan Controller and it has died. I need to know what the warranty period for this device is. I was purchased in June of 2009 at a Microcenter. Also if it is still in warranty would I return it to Scythe or Microcenter?

warranty on our products 2 years, so no problem. If you life in germany you can send back the unit directly to us.
