Already posted this in the german forum, but no response so far: http://www.scythe-eu.com/forum/deuts...erhitzung.html
The overheating alarm goes off at 75° Celsius which is kind of annoying. I couldnt find anything to manually set it, is there a way? I don't want to disable the beeper completely because it should still warn me if fans fail. So I need to either set a higher limit for the alarm or disable it completely (for overheating). I was thinking that there must be a way to set the alarm temperature because a fixed value doesnt make sense: When an hdd reaches 75° its pretty much over while some gfx cards are just getting warm at that point. Can anyone help me with this? |
