Kamariki 4 fan control?

Hello. Question about the kamariki 4 line of PSU's (weird how there's no forum section for them), more exactly about the fan control thingie they have, and that's why i'm posting here.

So... How does that work? I know you cand connect 3 fans directly to the psu and their rpm will be controlled somehow (official info is it would be controlled relative to load, but i've read somewhere it is relative to secondary HS temp), but how can i predict how it will act?

i would like some official information to clarify this, please. maybe some examples.

I have been wondering the same thing for a while now. The fans i plugged never did change RPM... I started a thread a while ago here:
