Default Kaze Server with memory problems

Hello this is my first post here, I want to start saying that Scythe really makes great products, I own the Kama reader, several fans, the HD silencing mounts, the wireless thermometer, and I can't really complain about anything.
A few weeks ago I bought a Kaze Server and it really is great, but I soon realized there was a problem: every time I shut my PC down, put it on standby or hibernate, all the settings are lost, and I have to program it again.
To my understanding this controller should keep the settings in a memory, and on another forum a Kaze Server owner confirmed me this.

Now is there something as simple as changing a hidden battery that I could do? Or do I need to send the product back to the e-tailer I bought it from for an RMA?

Hey,

that´s not normally and i can tell you send it back it´s the best way. This is an error what you didn´t can fix with changing a hidden battery. Hmm, sorry that you have the first time a technical problem with any product from Scythe. Send it back and i hope the next one will workly 100%

OK, Thanks for the reply
I also have a question, I want to connect 2 or 3 fans to a single channel, but I will check the temperature of the MOSFETs to make sure they do not overheat. What temperature is too hot for the MOSFETs?
