Default Kaze Server Fan Trouble

I recently bought a Kaze Server for the new computer I was building. Unfortunately the case fans that I had were the 4 pin "Molex" plug that go directly into the power supply. I bought a 4 pin to 3 pin adapter to use with the fan controller.

Unfortunately the fans do not run when I have them hooked up to the fan controller. I am receiving temperature readouts, but there is nothing displayed for RPMs. I am wondering if its just a simple mistake of me not turning the fans on, if it is, how do you turn the fans on?

The fan start to work when power is first given to the computer, but they immediately shut off after a couple of seconds.

This is my setup

Power supply -> Kaze Server -> 4 pin to 3 pin adapters -> Fans

Hi !
Unfortunally, with an adapter, you can't have the RPMs informations.
