I'm getting the impression they don't want me to go through them. They say there is a 5-7 day testing period, and then think you will take up to 4 weeks to send a replacement! I had my fan controller back in less than a week when I sent it to you directly!

Either way, I have told them to arrange the RMA, so the ball should be rolling soon.
